Every year, students of various ages come to Verket to experience the contemporary art exhibited during Avesta Art.
Most of them are from Avesta municipality, but schools from other parts of Dalarna also visit us. At the same time, we know that
the distance prevents many municipalities, both temporally and economically, from participating in Avesta Art.
Thanks to support from Region Dalarna, we can now address this! How about having two of Verket's educators
instead come to you with digital highlights from this year's exhibition, followed by a creative art workshop where materials and
guidance are included?!
The setup is called "Verket on Wheels" and is now offered for the first time to five pilot municipalities, each receiving a ONE-day visit.
