Christmas market in Verket
Verket thanks all the staff, participants, craftsmen and visitors for making our Santa Market so fantastic. Welcome back in 2023.
Tomtemarknad i Verket has been arranged since 2006 in the slag stone buildings of the old ironworks. We transform the old industrial environment from 1874 into an atmospheric Santa's castle with all the associated smells, sounds and lights of Christmas.

To eat
Café Verket in the Rosthuset here we serve fika with a Christmas theme. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mulled wine, soda and ice cream, saffron buns, gingerbread and delicious sandwiches.
Pop Up Café Verket in Martinhallen offers Christmas fika and also sausages with bread (of course also a vegetarian option).
Avesta/Grytnäs pastorat sells Christmas porridge and ham sandwich in Masugnshallen.
